Advanced Security Awareness Program (ASAP) Updates and April Raffle Winner

May 2, 2025

The Advanced Security Awareness Program (ASAP) has officially finished its first month and, with that, it’s time to announce the winner or our first-ever newsletter raffle. Congratulations to Rachael Hewitt of the UAF Office of Finance & Accounting! Your dedication to cybersecurity makes a big difference in keeping us all safe. Keep up the great work, Cyber Hero!

We’ve had some great feedback over the past month! People seem to be enjoying the program and have given this quarter’s 5-minute training module an overall rating of 4.8 out of 5. We’re also making improvements to the newsletter announcements for increased visibility and have added value to the program with the addition of the KnowBe4 Phish Alert Button (PAB). Your feedback is highly appreciated and helps us improve the program to make it the best it can be, so keep it coming!

If you’re not currently participating in ASAP, but would like to, it’s not too late! Submit your enrollment request at . If you’re signing up for yourself, it’s only two questions and takes less than a minute to complete. Managers can use the same form to sign their entire department up for participation. Learn skills that help protect you and our community from cyber threats at work and at home (and have fun doing it!).
