Kroger West returns to in-network
Kroger West returned to the Premera pharmacy network. The change went into effect April 15, 2025. Kroger West includes pharmacies in Alaska, California, Washington, Oregon, and some pharmacies in other Western states. It is important to note that this does not include all Kroger pharmacies nation-wide. Members should sign in to their account and use the "Find Care" tool to determine if their local Kroger pharmacy is in-network before filling a prescription.
